After completion of its investigation work, the inquiry committee constituted as per rule 34 shall submit its opinion with regard to the allegations made under clause (f) of sub-section (1) of section 63 and clause (f) of sub-section (1) of section 69 of the Act. The report should be submitted to the Government of Nepal.
